Everything Hunnex and Shoemaker prepares now comes to us instead of landing on your desk, and we get it into participants’ hands, then prove that we did.
Today
Notices are prepared and sent to you. You have to get them to every participant, track down the ones you can’t reach, and be able to show an auditor it was done. Miss one and it is the plan’s problem, not the preparer’s.
With Plan Notice
The notices come straight to us. We deliver them, escalate to anyone who doesn’t respond, log every attempt, and hand you an annual compliance file. Nothing lands on your desk.
We don’t stop at “sent”
Every notice escalates on its own until it reaches the participant. Each step fires only if the one before it went unopened.

Per participant sent a Summary Plan Description.
Any other notice, on demand
Blackout, RMD, new hire packets, termination, discretionary match, fund change and the like. Charged per notice, in the quarter it goes out.
Eligibility notices
Annual reminder for employees who are eligible but not yet participating. They are not charged the annual fee until they join.
Notices longer than 20 pages that go by first-class mail carry an additional $2.50 each, or $5.00 over 50 pages; anything over 100 pages is quoted. A notice re-sent at the plan’s request may be charged up to $5 per participant. Full fee schedule is in Exhibit B of the agreement you will sign.
